I had my Widal Test Report: S. Typhi O 1:80(Positive); S.typhi H 1:80(Positive) S.Para Typhi "AH"- 1:20(Negative) S.Para Typhi "BH"-1.20(Negative).
My red blood count is 4.94 and ESR is 24.

After how many days of fever you have done your widal test. What is your WBC total count. How are you presently symptoms wise

If it is mild you can manage with paracetamol and diet
If not you need a milder antibiotic

if you are not having any symptoms like fever or diarrhea then that typhoid report is not very significant. Even normal person can show titre of 1:80. ESR and rbc count is also fine.
