Hi. I had my Widal Test Report: S. Typhi O 1:80(Positive); S.typhi H 1:80(Positive) S.Para Typhi "AH"- 1:20(Negative) S.Para Typhi "BH"-1.20(Negative). My red blood count is 4.94 and ESR is 24. What does that mean

What are your symptoms and for how many days If it is mild you can manage with paracetamol and diet If not you need a milder antibiotic

if you are not having any symptoms like fever or diarrhea then that typhoid report is not very significant. Even normal person can show titre of 1:80. ESR and rbc count is also fine.

Hello c As per Reports your have Typhoid fever ...and you require medications . Symptoms vary from person to person and lot of times treatment is decided as per the symptoms .
