Thumb nail swelling, pain
The thumb nails of both hands have immense pain when touched. Swelling is also present. Nail seems to be to be turning black and rough to touch.
Not sure but pus maybe present.

This is Paronychia, avoid too much of wet Work, keep the area dry. it is best to see a physician or a good Dermatologist around your area don't try and self manage it can be very chronic and recurrent should be managed properly
