Please consult with your Gastroenterologist who did the colonoscopy. Grade 2 piles may not need any active treatment but now the piles have developed complications.

Try home remedies like warm water sitz baths, applying coconut oil or aloe vera gel to the affected area, increasing fiber intake, and practicing good hygiene to alleviate pain and white discharge during defecation.

Hello! The recurring pea-shaped lump near your anus, coupled with pain and itching, is indicative of thrombosed external hemorrhoids or inflammation associated with grade 2 internal piles. It’s good that you’ve undergone a colonoscopy, but persistent symptoms like these require further evaluation. For now, ensure you maintain a high-fiber diet, stay well-hydrated, and avoid straining during bowel movements. Sitz baths (sitting in warm water for 10–15 minutes) can help reduce pain and itching. Topical ointments or medications to improve blood circulation might be helpful. However, to address this effectively and rule out complications, a detailed examination and personalized treatment plan are essential. Minimally invasive procedures like rubber band ligation or laser therapy can offer lasting relief if required. I recommend scheduling a private consultation with me for a thorough evaluation and tailored treatment. You can reach out to me at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to book your appointment. Let’s work together to resolve this fully!
