Throat Problems
For the past 3 - 4 years, I've noticed that my voice would keep cracking. There was a bit of throat pain.At first it's unnoticeable but of lately (2017 - 18) It's gotten a lot worse. I've noticed my voice has also gotten slightly deeper. I can't say anything properly without the fear of my voice squeaking. I'm 19, 20 in August and I'm a girl!! I smoke occasionally (every other week or month) I just want to know if anything is wrong with me or could there be something

You seem to be suffering from chronic laryngitis. Unless your vocal cords are examined using an endoscope its difficult to confirm. Once cause is identified treatment can be planned
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
