Throat problem
Since 3 days I am facing pain in my throat when I swallow the food.it seems food has become stuck in throat and then it gradually moves down and at that time I do have also pain in my back.what could be the issue.i never ever faced such such issue in passed.i observed last month i had medicine and injection  for indigestion and now this problem is occurring ,is it side effects of those medicine or what could be reason.i do even conduct without water fast on every ekadashi.pls advise.

Hi. As per your history it could be GERD which is causing this problem. Still to diagnose the condition other history like smoking and examination is required. You can take this for symptomatic relief. Tab. Neksium 40mg once a day Syp. Mucaine gel 10-15ml thrice a day.

Avoid food causing gastritis. It is one of the main reason that you feel something stuck in throat. Start syrup antacid thrice daily. Avoid spices and tea. Have food one hour prior to bed. The problem will go away slowly. You can get your throat examination done at any nearby ent clinic
