Actually my mom have a unclear voice ,aiims docter says its a throat paralysis ,but due to waiting time I CNT understand wat can I do for my mom,all reports are normal,MRI ,ct scan,blood test,plzzz give me suggestion wat can I do ,

It could be a Vocal cord paralysis. Most of the times the vocal cord paralysis do not have any cause, they ca be idiopathic! Wait for at least three months to see any improvement in voice as the opposite cord movement compensates for the paralysed cord and there should be an improvement in the voice.
If not, there are surgical options to improve her voice.

Take your mom to a good speech therapist for voice therapy. With therapy the voice quality will improve definitely.
