I have pain on the left side of my throat while swallowing.. i don't feel any pain while drinking liquid or when the food is properly chewed.. only feeling it when im not chewing properly (solid food). Noticing it from past 5days.. its not a severe pain. Its not throat infection bcs i dont have fever.. kindly advise what it can be.. as im tensed..
