My throat is paining very badly on the right hand side. I am unable to gulp anything. While talking it is paining very badly. Unable to eat food as well. This I am suffering from yesterday evening.

Hi.
Severe throat pain could be a sign of infection, injury etc.
If your throat pain is so bad that you are not able to eat/drink anything, plz consult a ENT specialist online/In-person for a detailed evaluation. Plz donot try taking over-the-counter medications. Simple Paracetamol can relieve the pain temporarily. But for complete resolution of symptoms, it is best you visit an ENT specialist.
