Throat Pain & Fever
I am having throat pain & fever from last 4 days specially it increase in night & during wake up time some time due to pain I feel pain in ears as well.
Correct 90 days ( 15th May ) back I got negative covid 19 report.
On 13th I had chilled Lassi 2 glass & chilled water since then fever is coming & it seems like some thing is struck in my neck when I swallow something it pains rest I don't have cough or running nose.

sir plz avoid chilled foods and take tablet zerodol-sp daily once after food for 5 days.....plz do warm water gargles daily twice you will be normal sir..
