Throat infection tonsillitis
I am getting repeated tonsillitis episodes since last 6 months very frequently and it cures after some days usually with saline gargle and once I had to take antibiotics.
I do swimming in swimming pool which contains chlorine water ..Can tonsillitis get triggered usually for swimming in chlorine water ? Or is it due to something else..
I have tonsillitis problems from childhood but got aggravated after admitted to swimming this yr

Yes swimming and throat infections may have a relation, because the pool is a public pool it may contain various organisms which may aggrevate your tonsils problem.
Next Steps
If possible don't go for swimming for some days,
take antibiotics and steroids (to reduce inflammation and pain). it will get cured by this treatment
