Do not dissolve it.Take a preparation with a score line like zifi 200.
Then you can cut it into 2 and then swallow it.Take complete course of anti biotic.
For fever, tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8 hours for 3 to 4 days.
Do hot saline gargles 2 to 3 times daily.
