Chickenpox and tonsillitis
Good day I'm 32years of age and I'd suffered chickenpox or shingles aside from that I have tonsillitis and it's very painful especially when I eat,I have fever and dizziness I can't taste a food anymore I have menstruation also please help what should I do?

It is normal to feel this way when you have chicken pox I would advise you to do salt water gargling and have a liquid diet and increase the consistency based on how you can tolerate the food.

For shingles u should start taking zovirax / acivir 800mg atleast 4times per day for 5days. For pain/fever relief take any ibuprofen or diclofenac. Keep the diet semisolid healthy and protein rich for faster recovery. Start Tab Azithral 500mg once daily after food for 5days for you tonsillitis. Also to do warm saline gurgle for faster relief.
