Fever and weakness after chickenpox

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Had chickenpox from 27July - 12Aug. From 13th, I resumed normal routine. The scars were still there but I thought that I was ready to live normally. Also, I used to feel weakness in between the day but ignored it. Sumtyms total exhaustion. On 27August, I am feeling very weak and have 103 fever, heavy breathing, body aches, weakness, digestion prob.
