It looks like pharyngitis which could be due to different reasons.
You can take-
Tab. Neksium 40mg once a day- empty stomach
Tab. Allegra 180mg once a day
Syp. Mucaine gel 2 tsf 3 times a day
Warm saline gargles 3 times a day
Continue this for 1 week.
If doesn't get better then consider online consultation for detailed history and treatment.
Ok so there are two things which needs to be rule out. Gastric reflux and allergic pharyngitis and sometimes due to chronic rhinosinusitis.
Avoid oily and spicy food.
Avoid cold water.
Take an antacid capsule with an antiallergic medicine that suits you.
Its severe infection take betadine gargles 2 spoons in glass of warm water and gargle three times and take tab. Pan D once daily before breakfast for 10 days
Needs more history
Do you have acidity?
Does it hurt always?
