  4. Throat infection and IBS. At same time?

Throat infection and IBS
I have suffered from IBS and indigestion for 4 years. I diagnosis my stool and results were pus cells 2-3 HPF and no salmonella shingella or vibrio isolated. New I took rifagut 400 for ibs and roxid 300 for oral infection. Can I took this two medicines at same time?
