People have been able to hear my thoughts for almost a year now. I don't know how to stop from thought broadcasting. It's every though whether at home or in public. People don't have to be anywhere near me. It's extremely frustrating. I feel like I haven't been able to live my life since this started. I don't know what to do

Hi it's a very simple problem reakred to increased dopamine in brain. This causes various problems under the catergory of oaychosis. One of the common causes today is smoking weed or cannabis. You need to meet a psychiatrist and it can be treated easily. No need for any tests at the moment.
