Thoracic back pain
I have been experiencing some chronic back pain in my thoracic spine for almost a year now. The pain is much greater and noticeable after standing for long periods of time. The pain can be to the point where any sudden movements can cause my back to tense up. Simple functions like lying on my back on the floor will hurt and have to be done with ease. This pain is also creating poor posture to my everyday life. Sometimes using a foam roller or methods of spinal decompression will help but short
