Thinking dilemma
Whenever I decide to do something I do the opposite for eg if I plan to study 8 hrs tomorrow I hardly study one. This problem is prevailing since a lot of time in every decision making aspect of my life. This issue has pushed me into the corner and my thinking is becoming negative.

However it can also be that either you perceive studies to be 1).boring (it seems to be a burden) 2) too difficult ( I won't be able to learn it) 3) unrewarding (What will I get by studying?) 4) difficulty in concentration ( I lose focus rapidly).
