Thin endometrium and ivf cycle delayed
Hello, I'm under ivf treatment and oocyte retrieval was done some time ago. But my fet is getting delayed due to thin endometrium which normally grows only up to 5 or 6mm. I had 2 rounds of hysteroscopy before for uterine septum and uterine adhesions and had been under hrt for several months now. My hrt medication is estradiol 2mg and meprate 10mg. Even after taking these medicines for several months, I don't see any improvement in the growth of uterine lining. In my next cycle, my doctor is planning to go with letrozole along with hmg injections. Will this medication work for me? Do I need to take any other supplements to help with uterine lining growth and improve the chances of pregnancy? Kindly provide your suggestions.
