Ovarian simulation treatment for IVF
Respected doctors Need to ask a query My wife Amh 0.46 We are going for ivf trtmnt They called us on 2nd day of cycle On second day Dr said AFC is nt upto the mark only 1-1 follicle seen around 1mm in both ovaries They recalled after on 7th day On 7th day Right ovary was empty Left ovary empty They recalled on 14thday On 14thday Left ovary empty Right ovary had 2 follicles (3-4)mm (4-5)mm Now they have called on 21st day and saying hey can start the ovarian simulation if the AFC is ok Can the simulation be started on 21st day?? Or may be this cycle they are just studying the pattern of my wife ovarian reserve Thanks

Amh levels are indicator of ovarian reserve which are very poor At this amh level u should proceed with donor egg IVF Success with self eggs will be defeated
