Thighs and waist

So the main problem is my thighs and waist fat is rigid at that point I am working out everyday but it sheds from other part of the body not from that part and if it does it takes a lot of time

Use lavana oil for local external massage. Also you can use udavartan choorna for dry massage. (Buy it from Ayurvedic store). Continue with your exercise routine and do more of cycling.
