Thigh Fat ( Obesity)
I am 20 years old, My thigh fat is very high, so that i can't wear jeans comfortably. My overall body weight is 75 Kg and height is 5" 9' . How much weight should I reduce for getting a good thigh shape?

For an ideal BMI you mustcaim for about 5 kg weight loss.however  some execises need to be targeted to the thigh area to tone the muscles there.
