I did ACL surgery 3 month before. Yesterday I went beach and walked for two hours... Suddenly I felt my thigh muscle paining even I'm not abt to walk properly. Now also I'm feeling the same pain. What need to do now to reduce the pain.

Thigh pain may or may not be related to ACL. While reconstructing ACL new ligament is made out of tendons of thigh muscles. These muscles may show weakness and pain sometimes. All patients achieve full strength of thigh muscles post surgery.
Your pain may be transient and should go by rest and applying some gel or spray.
