My right thigh swelled and became red already shown to the orthopaedic doctor it was suggested that infection some antibiotics given after that also still same suggest home remedies

Swelling in the limbs should never be ignored. You also seem to be underweight. Do get yourself evaluated thoroughly with blood tests and radiography..
