Thigh pain
I have thigh pain in both side above knee since 2 years back. pain is most in my in my inner thigh n lateral n front of thigh bt most in my inner thigh. In inner thigh pain is start from groin area or top of thigh area n than goes into inner thigh...pain is not too much bt its a irritating pain most of time...during Sleeping pain is increased. I consulted 4 orthopaedic doctor n 1 neurologist doctor did ls spine mri..hip n pelvic mri n ct all reports comes normal. N also take 40 days physical therapy bt not effective little bit. So plz tell me what the problem is associated with me?? Is that 1. Groin muscle strain/pull??? 2. IT BAND problem according to my Physiotherapist said??? Thx for replying as soon...

Well most of the l Tests you got done are normal hip pain can refer to thigh and knee too I want to know which position is most uncomfortable What's your profession

As per your history your hip joint trochanteric area looks involved. Try to look physio who can work on this joint
