Thick hair
Hi doc, my hair gets thick with daily consumption of eggs, but at the same time it is causing heat boils, plz help me how can I have eggs without getting heat boils...

It's good that eggs help in your hair growth.. But In summer season you need to change eating and lifestyle habits. Add more of liquids in your diet like buttermilk, coconut water etc

If you are getting heat boils daily consumption may not be suitable for you.You can go for country chicken eggs.Avoid poultry chicken eggs.There are better alternatives to have thick hair.
