What could be precautions taken and is there any thing serious . Because it's not look like normal tongue

It can occur due to many reasons. Can be commonly seen in some viral infections. Wait for a few days they will resolve on their own. If they persist consult a doctor

Red spots on tongue called mockingly as lie bumps are just an inflammation of the small structures on tongue called papillae. They may be stress related or nutritional deficiency or just some viral or simple infection manifesting so.
Next Steps
If it’s not resolving in 2 weeks or worsening in next few days you need to visit a dentist or a medical doctor at once. Baking soda 1-2 tsp in 1 liter of water used for gargling 2-3 times a day may help a bit.
