I have a white coated tongue and I see red spots of blood at few places when I try to scrape off the tongue with a tongue cleaner. Tongue feels funny and I cannot eat spicy food while earlier I used to

Hi White coat over tongue can suggest of many conditions. But most commonly oral thrush. Maintain gool oral hygiene Apply candid mouth paint over white part of tongue Also use hexidine mouthwash diluted 1:1 with water two times daily.
