Normally wisdom teeth are considered non functional and extraction is considered the best treatment modality for them. And other teeth like the adjacent second molar will be treated by a filling or root canal treatment depending upon the extent of the decay.
The most prudent step would be to visit a dentist for a proper case evaluation so that the right treatment options can be explained to you.
