Normally wisdom teeth are considered non functional and extraction is considered the best treatment modality for them. And other teeth like the adjacent second molar will be treated by a filling or root canal treatment depending upon the extent of the decay. The most prudent step would be to visit a dentist for a proper case evaluation so that the right treatment options can be explained to you. Regards.

Greetings, Madam your situation  needs to be assessed. Problems  and treatment  plan differs based on how deep the cavity or decay is. It would be really  nice if you could Drop by with an Appointment  so that we can examine you. Iam sure we woyld advise you the best that we can do to solve your  issues. Superficial and accessible  area can be conservatively treated. Regards , Dr. Manmeet  Singh Maxillofacial Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgeon &  Cosmetologist Health  Cottage  Hospital BANGALORE
