The thyroid is coming again and again.
Please suggest whether i take thyroid medicine or not?
1. Had thyroid in the third semester of pregnancy after pregnancy,it vanished
2. 2024 March was again diagnosed with thyroid 5.97. As per the doctor suggested, i didn't take any medicine. Just a healthy lifestyle, and it was gone.
3. Recently, I faced some issues such as cold feet , pain in the back, and knee. Dryness in face and hands. No weight loss. Took a blood test TSH is 5.2 and ESR is 28.
What should i do..
