Hi, thalassemia trait is not to worry. But please do  your husband thalassemia profile. If husband is positive than definitely worry.if negative then nothing to worry. Take iron rich diet and folic acid.spinach, pomegranate,  black gram, etc having high iron content.

Hello, Nothing to worry about. Also do your husband's thalassemia test. In case that is positive  then there is a cause for concern. In case his is negative, likelihood of baby having it is very low. You can have a normal delivery, no problem with that. Only if it is thalassemia major, is it harmful.
Next Steps
Husband's thalassemia test. Consult a hematologist with the report.
Health Tips
Continue taking Tab folvite one daily after breakfast till delivery.
