I had c section delivery on 27th March 2024, today I have got scratch on arm from door key. I had taken tdap shot on 16 january 2024, I m breastfeeding my baby.
Kindly suggest if I need to take tetnus shot now ?

You do not need an additional TT injection as you have taken Tdap on 16/1/2024.
