Tetanus vaccination
I took my last Tetanus shot exactly 6 months 6 days ago now yesterday I was scratched by a cat wound is small drew little blood I cleaned it for 3 min with soap and applied alcohol on it(I took rabies booster 15 days ago )
Is tetanus vaccination necessary ?
As as far as I remember I took 1 shot in 10 years back than 1 shot around 5-8 years back than recently 6 months 6 days ago

Yes. You should take Tetvac dose now. Because you are taking it after 6 months, it will act like a booster dose and you need not take Tetvac again for the next 5 years.
