What is the charecter of pain....? Back pain? Any burning sensation or blood in urine? Such small varicocele is unlikely to cause sever pain

Grade 1 varicocele are not likely to cause pain , you may need to show yourself to Urologist for clinical examination. Small Stone in the Lowe ureter may also be a cause for testicular pain as you have finding of stone in kidney. Get a NCCt KUB after consulting your Urologist
