  4. No underwear and testicular pain. This?

No underwear and testicular pain
I don't wear underwear for a long duration. Since I work out of home since a number of years I didn't feel the need to. Only when I go out I wear. Otherwise I do not when I'm home. Recently I've been getting a pain in my left testicle that radiates up to my stomach causing me discomfort. Sometimes when I masturbate I get like a discomfort on the left side just below my stomach. Does not wearing an underwear have anything to do with this? Please recommend a good solution
