Testicular pain
Hi I have been suffering from testicular pain from past 5 years...So I was tested for TB serology in 2012 n igm was positive so I was prescribed RHZ plus tablets for 2 months later on I did not use niether checked TB serology again...so was the TB infection was gone ?? How to know whether I have now TB infection or not for testis?? Plz suggest tests to daignose same thing... Present complaints are infection in semen ( E coli bacteria ) and right  epididymitis and epididymal cysts... Bilateral grade I varicocele ...So please tell me how to proceed further on the same thing...

You quickly need to consult a senior urologist and seek his opinion. You should not have left yr treatment incomplete and got a serological examination done agin to see if it's all clear. The urologist will take care of the varicocele and the epididymitis. Please don't delay and consult a good senior urologist for your problem. All the best
