I had a Pain in my left testicle.

After waking up from sleep i had a Pain in my left testicle. so then I googled it. I found that it maybe because of testicular torsion. So i told my dad about it and we went to the doctor. After showing my testis to the doctor, he touch it and saw it (i was in pain when he was touching it) . then after that the pain went away(doctor didn't know it went away). He said that "he doesn't thinks that it was because of testicular torsion". But still he asked me to take ultrasound and urine test. The test was normal as told by the doctor, and Ultrasound test report says that "blood flow pattern to testis is normal". which i think that it means "testicular torsion" wasn't the reason for the pain. If so then what was the problem with my testicle? Please explain.
