  4. Testicles sensation. Is it normal?

Testicles sensation
Is it normal not to have much sensation in both testicles when touched? When touched, it feels they are there but at the same time it feels they dont have much sensation. It has become little saggy and feel like two soft marbles hanging. Is it normal?
