Testicle pain
I have testicles pain since 1 year back. Both testicles pain with my groin area pain and inner tight also hurting when am sitting and standing.. when am standing pain is worst in my testicles. Usg scrotum and blood test is normal. Urine culture test is also normal. Testicle pain is on and off bt most of Time pain is on. What problum is this??

Hello there..... testicles are very sensitive, and even a minor injury can cause testicle pain or discomfort....
Testicle pain is an uncomfortable symptom that men can experience that has a variety of causes. Pain in one or both testicles can be caused by an infection, an injury, testicular torsion, hernia, or a testicular swelling.....
And sometimes other causes such as kidney stones also can cause testicle pain ...
Consult urologist....
