Testicle pain
Dear sir I am having pain in left testicle.I also have enlarged epididymis.Earlier I had urine flow problem.I had done retrograde urethrogram,Ultrasound Xray.there is no problem still I have bifurcated and slow urine flow.but this time my testicle is in pain.this pain occurs 7-8times for some seconds..is it gangrene ?

From the information given, i gather you have chronic epididymitis and may be a meatal or submeatal stricture of the urethra which might not show up on urethrogram. Please put your mind to rest that it is not gangrene. Have you had a uroflometry. It might be worthwhile visiting your urologist again. Chronic epididymitis is a difficult condition to treat and you might need a course of antibiotics +/- pain killers.
