Testicle Issue. Smaller than the left!

About 2 month ago my friend jokingly hit me in the testicle area and it was painful not extreme though. 3 days After i went to a general physician and he said there was nothing to worry. My issue is that i had numbness from my left testicle to the left side of the penis when it is erect also my left testicle felt quite smaller. So i got an ultrasound , the report turned out to be normal Then i went to see a urologist , he told me that everything was fine. Now i dont understand how can this be ok i have checked the numbness coldness etc multiple times. Also there was little to mild pain sometimes randomly in my left testicle but that i believe has reduced now. Currently my issue is I have numbness not extreme but a good amount from my left testicle area to my left penis area i notice this when my penis is erect , also when my penis is erect the right side feels harder than the left also my left testicle feels colder than the right. My left testicle feels quite smaller than the left
