Testicle discomfort
I feel a little discomfort in left testicle when temperature is high. Also experience little inflammation in the veins attaching to the testicle. It eases on taking a proper sleep or taking a cold water bath. Had been through ultra sound check up twice but everything came normal. Not sure if it is due to stress or something serious.

Maybe we need to scan and do a Doppler ultrasound. Your symptoms are suggestive of a varicocoele/ testicular torsion .... and a local examination to see what the problem is. I would also suggest a semen analysis to rule out any obstructive cause of swelling
