I am 28 male... i have discomfort in left testicle and left groin area..   no pain only discomfort..

Any history of testicular swelling. What is ur occupation. Will require USG and colour Doppler scrotum

Most of the time it's not a major problem... If quite bothered.. Get a sonogrraphy Scrotum..

No concrete diagnosis can be make out You can get doppler Scrotum to rule out any thing significant

Is your left testis enlarged? Is there any redness Do you have any burning sensation? You will require ultrasound of scrotum as a next step
