Left Testicle Discomfort

Asked for Male, 21 Years

"I've been feeling discomfort in my left testicle and the surrounding area for a month now. I saw a doctor who prescribed medication and recommended ultrasound and urine tests. The reports came back normal, but I'm still not improving. I'm experiencing occasional pinching pain and discomfort most of the time. Do you think I should also consider having a color Doppler ultrasound?" or please suggest something. I am always searching symptoms on Google and don't know what to do!
