Test shows no sperm count
Actually I have done my semen analysis in two times but the test shows no sperm cell seen that means nil sir what I have supposed to do now give me advice

The first step would be to repeat the semen test to confirm absence of sperms. You will also need hormonal evaluation and genital examination to look for cause. Depending upon that the further treatment if decided. Please consult an Andrologist for expert advice.
