Seman report keep on changing every three months. Do not rush to therapy on single Seman analysis report. U my repeat Seman analysis after one month wjth proper abstinence /proper collection without spillage. For normal pregnancy it should be more then 20 million. Make regular relation during fertile period. Stop tobbeco or alcohol. Consult ur urologist /andrologist.
10 million is a low count to cause pregnancy as per World Health Organisation guidelines. The multivitamins prescribed might help but you will need full evaluation including hormone profile and ultrasound of urinary tract to rule out correctable causes of low sperm count. Please avoid taking bath in hot water and wear loose underwear.
