Sperm count is 62 million, active motility is 45%, and time of liquification is 40 minutes. Could it be a reason which can delay my wife's pregnancy ? Pls advice and suggest medication also.

Hello, sperm count more than 40 million is normal, don't worry your's is with in normal limit, and another thing you have not mentioned is percentage of live sperm (more than 58%)is normal. And actively motile sperms are also well in normal range. Having intercourse during ovulation period of your wife (2 days before ovulation, on the day of ovulation and 1 day after ovulation) will increase the chances of getting pregnant. For any quires get back in private.
