Today i have done a pregnancy test with preganews ... It's negative (c)after one hour its became (t) ... Which container i took my urine for test it has small drop of water ... Is it effect on test result ? What its mean pls help me doctor ..am worried

Urine pregnancy test can give you false result.  I would suggest you to do serum beta HCG test.

Yes. Please don't rely on test. The correct result is what you get after 3-5 mins. In case of any doubt do blood pregnancy hormone test and consult gynecologist

If you have doubt.Get done blood test BCG is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.
