Urine pregnancy test can give you false result. I would suggest you to do serum beta HCG test.

If you have doubt.Get done blood test
BCG is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.
