Your non-reactive index of 0.205 is an excellent, highly encouraging sign. At 18 days, a 4th Generation Combo test catches the p24 antigen with roughly 65% to 75% accuracy. This clean score proves there is no early, massive viral replication, though it is a bit too early to be 100% conclusive.

Health Tips
Stick to Lab Tests: Always use standard laboratory blood draws (ELISA/CMIA). Do not use rapid finger-prick home kits right now. Ignore "Anxiety Symptoms": Stress directly causes physical symptoms like muscle twitches or a coated tongue. Do not mistake panic for viral signs. Skip PCR Viral Load Tests: Avoid expensive RNA PCR testing on your own; they are prone to false alerts in low-risk scenarios. Red Flags: Proceed calmly. Only seek immediate ER care if you develop a sudden high-grade fever, a widespread non-itchy rash, and severely swollen neck lymph nodes.
