Teratozoospermia. Would you suggest?

We have been recently diagnosed with Teratozoospermia. I am attaching my husband’s semen analysis report below. Please advice us, if there is any scope of natural conception here and if not what are our best options? We tried last year in nov 2024, pregnancy ended up in blighted ovum. And it is very recently that we were adviced for semen analysis by our doctors. Is there hope? Looking for a genuine advice here. We both are 32 years of age as on today. We were planning to try in july. My fertile window begins from 22nd till 27th july, now after these results we are confused should we try this month or not ? Our gynaec has started my husband on the following tabs: Campion -daily after food at night Vit D - once a week And one antibiotic to treat infection and pus cells for 7 days! What would you suggest?
